Schedule

Updated 16 Apr 2020 · Written 01 Jan 2000

Each driver has their own schedule. Each schedule shows:

  • Tasks that have been explicitly assigned to the driver
  • Unassigned tasks that have a status of "New"

Tasks are grouped by status, with "In Progress" tasks shown at the top. The "In Progress" tasks should have the driver's immediate attention, and we expect that each driver wouldn't have more than one or two "In Progress" tasks at any one time.

Below the "In Progress" tasks are the "New" tasks. Depending on how your group operates, these "New" tasks may have been assigned to the driver or may be unassigned and free for any driver to claim.

When a driver changes the status of an unassigned task from "New" to "In Progress" the task will be assigned to that driver. The group will be notified of this assignment. Once a "New" task has been assigned to a driver the task will disappear off the other driver's schedules.
